SERVER OFFLINE DUE TO DDOS ATTACK
Hello!
You may have noticed that you cannot join your server, see your files in the file manager, or start/restart your server. This is due to the datacenter "nullrouting" the server, meaning they basically shut off the server to the internet due to a massive DDoS attack that their DDoS protection hardware cannot defend against. We apologize for the inconvenience. Unfortunately, this is at the discretion of the datacenter to protect their network, so we have no control over this and do not know how long the nullroute will last (usually less than 24 hours). Please submit a billing ticket and we will issue you a credit to your account for two days of service.
